How is the tumbling process carried out?

Tumbling is carried out in a tumbler (barrel) that rotates on an axis so that the pieces inside collide with the ceramic/plastic abrasive pellets, which have been shaped for this purpose.

The Finiture Group s.r.l. operators are trained and experienced, possessing all the necessary qualities to carry out tumbling with the necessary precision for components of various sizes and small parts. Our operators are well aware that tumbling operations that last longer than necessary or use inappropriate materials may compromise the finished product.
